One year at MedTech, Tunisia
One year at University of Coimbra, Portugal

The Master in Cyber Security will be organized jointly with the Department of Informatics Engineering – University of Coimbra (DEI-UC, Portugal) through the collaborative educational agreement of dual diploma.

Fundamental courses of the master program will operate on blended-learning with the existing program contents and educational platform of the Master in Informatics Security of DEI-UC The theoretical classes will take place, preferably, Thursday and Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Theoretical classes will also be broadcast by teleconference and will be recorded to allow the students to follow the classes remotely. Associated practical classes (application of theoretical concepts in projects) will be preferably booked in synchronization with DEI-UC. The practical assignments may also be developed by the students in remote and asynchronous mode with remote or face-to-face support from the teachers.

MEDTECH and DEI-UC have decided to undertake student exchanges leading to a dual diploma. The exchange program should take place during the 2nd year of the total study program, which corresponds to a Master Course according to the Bologna Process. In order to obtain the dual diploma, MED-TECH students must complete the 2nd year of their advanced studies in DEI-UC (host institution) including the Final Term Project/Master Thesis.

Student testimony

I had my Baccalaureate with Honors from the" Pères Blancs "high school. I did not originally plan to join a private university, but because I did not get the choice of university I was hoping for, I decided to explore other opportunities. I heard about MedTech as the only English Speaking Engineering school in Tunisia. When I visited the campus, I was fascinated by the Laboratories and infrastructure.
That is how I decided to join MedTech and I do not regret it! I benefit from a unique study experience especially that it will allow me to enroll in the Renewable Energies specialization.

Etudiant MedTech

Professor testimony

We are proud to have the 3+2 partnership program with MedTech. It is a graduate master’s cooperation degree between MedTech and the University of Michigan. We offer at the University of Michigan multiple options for MedTech students (such as Computer Information Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering), so they could choose and pursue their Master degree at the specialization that they want. Moreover, they are offered the possibility to continue a Ph.D program at the University of Michigan.

Professor testimony

The collaboration between MedTech and the University of Michigan Dearborn offers new opportunities and perspectives for MedTech students.
The University of Michigan is known to be a top ranked university and we chose MedTech for the quality of its engineering programs and its teaching faculty and environment.
This partnership will be beneficial for both institutions and I’m positive that this program will host very brilliant MedTech students.

Professor testimony

Basically, at Medtech, our engineering programs are inspired from the Anglo-Saxon/American approach to higher education, which allows an international exposure to our students.
Thanks to this partnership agreement, we are giving our students the option to continue their engineering experience in the United States so that they extend their chances for a brilliant future career.
