Today we are proud to announce that the South Mediterranean University, with both of its institutions MSB and MedTech, is organizing French courses for refugee children, in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

The Campus has just welcomed 26 refugee children accompanied by Mr. Nabil Benbekhti, Senior Protection Officer at the UNHCR in Tunis; Mr. Ridha Chater, Protection Officer and, Mrs. Samah Ben Amor, Field Protection Assistant.

Twelve of MSB students are volunteering to teach these children French lessons for a few days. The purpose of such a program is to help refugee children better integrate Tunisian public schools.
